University courses nowadays has become variant due to many major topics that being accumulated by the today standard of learning. Although multiple courses are registered under the same topic, no solid evidence that can be used to facilitate and instruct the school management to design new courses that can cover more for the least offered or covered courses. The school management are unable to keep track which courses is currently been offered, the management also lack of sources to facilitate the curriculum design.

The proposed system, Course Monitoring System enable users to use the system's user interface by using web application. The web application will be connected to the system's cloud server through internet connection. The server will process every requests to monitor the topics from web application. Cloud database is connected to the server to provide data for the identified topics. The server will send response back to web application after is finish processing the request and identify the topics.

Objectives of the system are to identify the domain subject area based on the course offered by every school in the university, to facilitate curriculum design in the university based on the current subject monitoring, to provide a library of topic that interest the student to apply during studies. This system will provide lots of helps as it is a free platform for top management to use that they do not have to pay any fees to get the benefits and features. Also system main features is actually to monitor the active course in each school for the facilitation of the student.
