My Bills
Financial planning is an ongoing process that directing and controlling our financial activities. It involves many things, such as budgeting, saving, insurance, investments, retirement planning and getting out of debts. Financial planning is vital to reduce our stresses about money and allow us to achieve the future goals. Hence, we should manage our money wisely to ensure that our expenses do not exceed the money we earned every month. By managing the bills payment effectively, we can monitor our spending patterns and avoid overspending.
Hence, I have developed a project on smart bills management system, called My Bills. The objectives of this system is to help user to manage the bills effectively through a personalize central system, provide alert notifications for bills payments by scheduling the reminders, identify the expenses and create a balanced financial plan. There are several features implemented in this system to allow user manages the bills effectively. Besides, to get a big picture of upcoming bills for whole month in a single screen, user can view the bills in calendar view. Furthermore, an intuitive graphical report will be generated by month and year based on the bill payments. Lastly, another interesting feature in My Bills is bills-splitting where it helps user to split the bills and settle the debts in a group by calculating how much a person needs to pay to others. In short, it is hope that this system can benefits user to avoid the missing out on payments or late repayments of bills and maintain a healthy financial score in Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS).
