House Surveillance Order (HSO) System for Covid19 Pandemic
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus and the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared this disease as a pandemic. Most people who fall sick with COVID-19 will experience mild to moderate symptoms and most of them recovered without special treatment. In Malaysia, the number of reported cases keeps on increasing day by day. The Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) with cooperation of The Malaysian National Security Council (NSC) will enforce Enhance Movement Control Order (EMCO) in the areas with many reported cases. However, panic will be erupted due to the lack of communication and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) in the affected area keep on changing almost every day. Therefore, there is a need to have a better system to address all these issues. This system will focus more on House Surveillance Order (HSO) to help the authorities standardize the communication, facilitate the daily checklist as well as monitoring 10 days of quarantine It would also reduce communication, particularly for the distribution of food or medicine. This system also expected to help the MOH and NSC in monitoring individuals under EMCO systematically due to a Covid-19 pandemic
