Development of a web-based application for the structural arrangement of the Hydrogen-Bonded Base Interactions in RNA 3-Dimensional Structures
A fundamental understanding of the interaction in ribonucleic acid (RNA) and how they contribute towards RNA architecture is an important knowledge platform to develop through the discovery of RNA structural motifs from the hydrogen-bonded base interaction. Therefore, the idea of this project is to build an android application which user can search for specific RNA structure motif and its information.
Rather than that, user can share the information on certain RNA by generate the QR code and save the QR code in picture format which then user can share it on any platform. It also has 4 others features. The first feature is Search option where user can search by its residue type. For example, user choose '5 residue Type 1', then the system will list all the possible structure based on the choices and user can click which one user need. The second option is data history where the previous data that user search will be store and user can view it without need to search it again. The third one is user can search the RNA structure by its PDB ID and lastly, profile page where user can view and update their information. The image of RNA structure, user can enlarge the picture to view the structure more closely.
This application can be access by the users anytime anywhere as long as they install this android application in their mobile phone. The expected outcome from this project is to build an android application that can provide many advantages to users in their study or research.
