Maria Abdul Jalil, a final year student majoring in Information System Engineering and minoring in Management at the School of Computer Science, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Before continuing her study at USM, she had studied at Malacca Matriculation College. She did an internship at Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri, Pulau Pinang as a web developer. Her hobbies during free time are reading books, watching English movies, hiking, and playing games. She hopes can get a suitable career in the future.

Annoucement Management System (KIOSK)
The information technology has improved a lot over the last two decades. Moreover, the world notices a rapid evolution process in the need of information in term of quality, quantity, and access to information to make the best decision based on the difference changes. This project is to supporting faculty s management to be more effective in deliver the important messages or announcements to the not only students, but staff and visitor too.
The existing kiosk is not fully attracting students, staff, and visitor to see the announcement and other information displayed on kiosk screen because it is not attractive and interactive. The problem is this method is not effective and some of the information did not reach the audience. The kiosk will be placed at level 7th building School of Computer Science. The kiosk will be providing all the latest announcements, events, and latest news day by day to the students, visitors, and staff.
This system helps in supporting the administrative management to announce anything either in pictures, videos, text, and animation. Meanwhile, the expected outcome of this project is to deliver the information quickly and easier with interactive content and user-friendly interface.
