Depression is a common and serious medical illness that will influence the behavior of a
person. Some depression individual tends to conceal their depression from other people
and pretending to be happy. People who are alone are more likely to experience depression.
There are several treatments that can be used to treat depression problem. One of the ways
to treat depression is psychotherapy, so called talk-therapy. However, the problem is that
the depression individual who is alone has nobody to listen to them. Besides, they lack of
a platform to speak out their story and share their feelings. Therefore, Alone is proposed
as the solution. Alone is a web-based application that will act as a platform for the
depression individual to speak out their story to the public. Alone is available to any device
that is capable of uc?web browser. In Alone, user can choose to reveal or hide their
identity. Alone contains a depression test that is based on self-report questionnaire to detect the depression level of an individual. It is expected that this project, Alone is able to provide a comfortable environment for depression individual to speak out their story and share their feelings.
