Nur Syaza Syamimi is a final year student at Universiti Sains Malaysia, where she is pursuing in a degree of Computer Science. She is majoring in Intelligence System. She learned the importance of implementation of artificial intelligence in healthcare sector. Recently, she finished a project called Consult-Me which is an AI-Based Medicine Consultation System for Heart Disease Patient. Syaza is currently finishing her Bachelor of Computer Sciences. Nowadays, medication error is highly increased. There are a lot of harmful effect of medication error such as death, life threatening situation, hospitalization, disability and birth defect. Some reason of medication error is a lot of patients go to different hospitals to do a check-up and they do not have history of their medication taken. Therefore, doctor will be confused about what medicine should they give to the patients because if they give a wrong medicine to the patients, it will harmful the patients itself. These become problem as some medicine will have its own effect and may affect with each other.
