Most of the small and medium sized kindergartens still using manual management system and are facing difficulties such as data entry problems when making registrations and financial transactions, loss of general reporting records, time consuming when taking attendance and so on. The primary objective of this project is to build and design a kindergarten management system that able to improve efficiency and effectiveness of their day to day management. In project development, iterative and agile development methodology is chosen to ensure system is developed with complete functionalities. Interviews and surveys were used for collecting user needs and requirements. In overall, this kindergarten management system will be consisting of 3 modules which is owner access module, employee access module and guardian access module. In the end of this project, a fully featured kindergarten management software named Kiki is developed. Kiki is a comprehensive solution that optimize communication between guardians and educators in kindergarten with high productivity and cost-effectiveness. Also, Kiki will be an important tool for kindergarten management as it is designed specifically to streamline the paperless administration of educational institutions, with modules that help teachers and staff to maintain student records. Kiki will bring various benefits to their users including efficient information management, easier and faster communication and so on. Kiki is a breakthrough solution which tackle kindergarten's problem fundamentally. It is the first kindergarten management system which is advanced with several AI implementations such as simplified student attendance through face recognition and intelligence student performance and behaviors analysis tool.
