Talk About: Text Analytics Platform with Intelligent Categorization is a system that can help users to understand and get insight from customer textual reviews by automatically categorizing text reviews into a related category. For instance, it can analyse the product reviews in text into categories such as Price, Appearance, and others to assist people to understand the main topic discussed by customers. It can also perform sentiment analysis and categorize text into positive, negative, neutral classes. The outcome of categorization is presented using a dashboard with graphic visualizations and a keywords summary.
The system uses a supervised machine learning method to train the model for text categorization. On this platform, users can use pre-built models or self-customized models to perform categorization on their datasets. Pre-build models are pre-trained models using our data collection which have been tested with various algorithms. For advanced users, they can customize and train their models as well.
