Muhammad Danial Danish Bin Roslan is a Computer Science student at Universiti Sains Malaysia with a major in Multimedia and a minor in Astronomy. Danial has experience in developing React web application and Python application, the skill that Danial gained from the internship and coding in his free time. Aside from that, Danial also enjoys watching anime, reading light novels and playing RPG games. Recently, Danial also started Unity because of his interest in game development. Danial hopes to become a game developer in the future.

Development of Virtual Customer Service with an Interactive Interface

Customers' happiness can be improved by using a chatbot. The project is developed with this in mind. The goal of this project is to resolve customer service challenges such as data accuracy, restricted availability, and excessive expenses.
The system is made up of three modules: a chatbot, a virtual character, and a voice recognition system. The system to be developed is a chatbot with a virtual character as a visual aid that can engage with customers via spoken speech and recognise their voice using voice recognition.
Rasa powers the chatbot module, which allows the bot to respond to client enquiries using artificial intelligence. The virtual character module is powered by Cubism's Live2d technology, which allows hand-drawn avatars to move and behave as if they were 3D while retaining all of the characteristics that distinguish hand-drawn 2D avatars. Microsoft Azure Speech Service powers the voice module.
The Raspberry Pi will be used to deploy this system. The user interface was built with Javascript and React, and the backend was built with Python.
Customers will be able to communicate with the system via voice recognition, as well as interact with ease by looking at visual characters, saving time and resolving their inquiries.
