Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based habit-change mobile app for healthier life style

During this pandemic, the stay-at-home period can get overwhelming to all of us as we tend to forget our usual routine and unknowingly, caught up on various habits, which may lead to an unhealthy lifestyle. This project is intended to help those who have an intention to change their habit towards a healthy lifestyle and to detect any habits that needed to be changed based on their data. This project also aims to encourage the user to change their habit persuasively and emotionally. This is because one takes initiative to change when these two factors exist. Therefore, a personal informatics model and behaviour change matrix were used to assist the habit-change plan, regardless if it is a diet, mood, sleep, exercise, or skincare related habits in ones life. This project curates the users own journey of changing their habit based on their existing data collected from health apps such as Samsung Health and Google Fit. At the end of this project, a persuasive habit-change lifestyle mobile app, Lifeo is developed to assist the user to change their habit and drive them towards a healthy lifestyle amidst the pandemic.
