In these testing times for humans as a species, the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has made everything difficult for us, ranging from the Economic sector, Governing sector and also the Medical sector. Many parties have worked together to regain a stable ground for these sectors. However, one other critical sector has been ignored up till today, which is the Education sector. The ruling body may decide that classes should be conducted online but, it is a not an easy thing to execute in a short span of time. Therefore, keeping in mind as a motivation to help academic staffs reduce their stress and workload time, this proposal explains in detail about iTeach as the to-go system for academic staffs to use when preparing video presentations for online classes. This project will have 4 main modules that will be executed in the traditional Waterfall Methodology to give importance on the requirements and design of the system. This is to make the system user-friendly and easily accessible by educators. Moreover, this project aims to successfully develop a one-stop system for educators, reduce their workload time and provide educators manuals to use new features in their online presentations. This project is introducing an innovative way to overcome the issues faced by educators and prioritize their importance in the Education sector. It is to make teaching and learning seamless and also provide everyone with an alternative to other platforms. The long term goal is to make this system available to be used widespread by all educational institutions around Malaysia.
